It is very important that you check any proofs carefully and make sure that all the details are correct. I cannot be held responsible for any errors spotted after going to print. Please pay particular attention to all contact details such as names, dates, addresses and numbers. Remember, the colours that you see on screen are unlikely to match the final print exactly. Please be aware if you are ordering a re-print the colours may vary slightly between print runs. If you are ordering various products with the same colours/design, the colours may vary on the different stocks of card or paper.
Returns on bespoke/personalised items will only be accepted if the product is faulty.
Returns/refund requests will not be accepted for mistakes spotted after any proofs have been approved by you.
In the unlikely event that there are any issues with your order, please contact me immediately. Any problems must be brought to my attention within 10 working days of receiving your order.
If you are an existing customer and have a new logo, it's extremely important that you note this clearly on your order to avoid any mistakes. If there is no mention of the new logo on your order, your old logo may be used and refunds/replacements will not be offered.
Unless stated in the item description, design fees for print items like business cards, flyers, price lists etc only cover the cost of me designing those items for your print order. It does not entitle you to a digital copy of my work. However if this is something you would like it may be possible for an additional cost.
