Sending Your Logo

Acceptable image files and where to send them

When ordering any products that require your logo please send high quality files via email to amy@inkpapersparkle.co.uk

Logo image files should be high quality images, ideally JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI or EPS files. Low quality files may print poorly and affect the final quality of your product. Please bare in mind that designs created in RGB colour mode may look different when printed as printers use the CMYK colour mode.

Please note that if your logo is very dark or has large amounts of black, it may not come out very well on certain products like the packaging papers. If this is the case, I will contact you to discuss options once I have reviewed your logo.

If you do not have a logo, there may be a design charge applicable if you require more than just your business name adding in a suitable font. Please contact me before ordering if you require design help.

Please ensure that you hold the copyright to your logo and that it does not contain any app watermarks etc. I will not edit logos to remove them.

If your order includes text added by myself and you have a particular font you would like to use, please let me know and I will check my vast collection of fonts for it.

New Logo?

If you are an existing customer and have a new logo, it's extremely important that you note this clearly on your order to avoid any mistakes. If there is no mention of the new logo on your order, your old logo may be used and refunds/replacements will not be offered.

Logo/Layout Design

Unless stated in the item description, design fees for print items like business cards, flyers, price lists etc only cover the cost of me designing those items for your print order. It does not entitle you to a digital copy of my work. However if this is something you would like, it may be possible for an additional cost.

Sending Complete Artwork?

If you are sending your own design/artwork to be printed, it needs to meet the same quality & file requirements as the logo files as shown above. Please also ensure that for anything that will be printed edge-to-edge, you include a 3mm bleed around the edge so that important parts of the design are not lost. The design also needs to fit the dimensions shown in the listings. Please bare in mind that designs created in RGB colour mode may look different when printed as printers use the CMYK colour mode.
